Due to scheduling we did not take a vote on the bylaws at the February meeting, so it will take place via email. Please review the bylaws below by March 5 th , at which time we will certify them to National. Any dissenting votes should notify me by March 5 th at 10:am. My email is vhoneycutt.financial@cox.net.

Please read the attached bylaws before the February 21st meeting. We will be taking a vote of all voting members to ratify the new bylaws. The bold text items are modifications made from national and cannot be ammended.
