Susan Cunningham is a highly skilled and successful businesswoman with more than 30 years of business experience. She is a recipient of the coveted Outstanding Professional Woman of Hampton Roads award, a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA), and President of Senior Resources Group, Inc.
Sue is the author of the book titled Unwrapping the Sandwich Generation…life vignettes about seniors and their adult children as they face aging issues as well as numerous booklets. She has written on senior issues for national publications as well as Lifestyle 50+ and Tidewater Woman. Sue is a Certified Mediator and was the host for a television program called The Good Life with Sue Cunningham.
Sue is a frequent media guest on national television and National Public Radio.

Marilyn Fall MS, RN, BC is the owner of Elder Care at Home. She employs 125 people to serve the needs of geriatric patients with both skilled and unskilled care. Marilyn is the recipient of the 2005 Women In Business Achievement Award and the 2006 Bon Secours Senior Hero Award. She is a member of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers, Task Forces on Aging, Norfolk & Virginia Beach, and other organizations too numerous to mention. She is also on the Board of Directors of Russell House and the Norfolk Task Force on Aging. |

Lynn Nelson |
Being a native of Norfolk, VA, Lynn graduated Granby High School; and immediately went into the workforce in truck transportation. After several career advancements, Integrity Transportation was instituted in 2001. Integrity Cartage and Expedited, her second company began in 2004.
Lynn has been involved with multiple business organizations; and has been President for Delta Nu Alpha; and the National Defense Transportation Association. She was co chair and hosted the 1992 National Forum in Norfolk for NDTA.
She is an officer and on the board of the Animal Assistance League of Virginia, the Virginia Beach Parks and Rec Foundation, two non profit organizations; as well as several civic organizations. |
| Off time is spent mostly in her many gardens at home on Lake Smith; or RVing at a Nascar race; or in the mountains. She resides with her husband, Drew Izes; and 3 four legged feline children. |

Dyanne Walker

A native of Charleston, South Carolina, Dyanne joined the corporate world after college. She excelled in the managerial field, specifically in management of accounting functions for a national franchise. She received training in computer programming and networking, and developed special software programs that made asset management and other corporate functions easier and more cost efficient. In 1999, Ms. Walker started a technology company that would focus both on web development and the creation and deployment of free software, known as “Open Source.” Her company, Web Teks, has served over 500 satisfied clients on four continents with a customer based that grows regardless of world economic conditions. She is currently the CEO of Web Teks and eCellera, a newly formed company specializing in enhancing the speed and security of wide area networks.
Dyanne has been involved in NAWBO since 2000, serving as President for two years.

| Ms. Walker has earned the Inside Business’ “Hampton Roads Rising Star, Top Forty under 40” award, Women in Business Achievement Award 2005 and the YWCA Women of Distinction Award for Science and Technology. Web Teks was recognized as the Chesapeake Small Business of the Year in 2004. The City of Chesapeake has since featured Dyanne and Web Teks in print and marketing materials, including full-page advertisements in national magazines such as Fortune, Money and Fast Company. Dyanne lives in Chesapeake with her husband, and business partner, Tom and their two sons. |
