Lee Milteer Lee Milteer, Inc.	Lee Milteer is a Career Development Strategist, Author and Executive Coach. She is also the President of Lee Milteer Inc. Her clients include organizations such as Walt Disney, AT&T, Xerox, IBM, Federal Express, Ford Motor, 3M, and NASA. Ms. Milteer is a recognized, best-selling audio and videotape author. She is the author of the books “Success Is An Inside Job” and “Feel & Grow Rich”. In addition, she is also co-author of “Reach Your Career Dreams”. Ms. Milteer has created educational programs airing on PBS and has developed training films for Bell Telephone, the U.S. Navy, Air Force, Dun & Bradstreet, and many private companies. Jennifer Moore The Moore Group	The ability to rise to the occasion has always defined Jennifer Moore’s approach to work. She started her own custom software training and support company, The Moore Group, in 1996 when a former client asked her to bid on a project to train 700 employees at Chesapeake General Hospital in using a new software program. Since landing that first contract, The Moore Group’s client list has expanded to include Unisys, Lockheed Martin, CACI, and Capital One. Ms. Moore credits much of her success to the early lessons she learned while racing sailboats. Those lessons in tenacity, speed, efficiency and teamwork have helped her win work and perform effectively under pressure. In addition, she focuses on building solid relationships with her clients by going beyond the limits of expectation.

Ginny Sancilio Progressive Realty	Ms. Sancilio has been the President and owner of Progressive Realty since 1993. Progressive Realty consists of approximately 50 sales associates specializing in Resale and New Home Residential Development. It is also the parent company to Bay Creek Resort Realty, Sea Shores Realty, and Progressive Title. Ms. Sancilio earned her degree at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and obtained her Virginia Real Estate License in 1981. She presently serves on the Board of Directors of the following organizations: Hampton Roads Chamber of Commerce, Monarch Bank, Virginia Beach Educational Foundation, and the 500-Year Forest Foundation, in which she was a founding board member. Ms. Sancilio has received Member Institute of Residential Marketing designation. In 2002, she earned the Outstanding Professional Woman of Hampton Roads Award.

Mary Simpson Simpson Builders, Inc.	Approximately nine years ago, Ms. Simpson founded and became President of Simpson Builders, Inc., which specializes in building custom homes in the Tidewater Area. The company’s productivity has grown from building 6 homes a year to over 19 this year, which will gross over 6 million dollars! The success of Simpson Builders, Inc. has been exemplified by being the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital “Dream Home Builder” in 2003 and 2004 and also by being named The Virginia Pilot’s Readers Choice Award “Best of Norfolk Winner” as the “Best Builder” in 2000 & 2004.

Dyanne Walker Walker Technologies LLC	Ms. Walker is the President, CEO, and co-founder of Walker Technologies LLC. In 1999, Ms. Walker founded Web Teks, a technology firm focused on the creation and deployment of Open Source. Since then, Web Teks has served over 500 satisfied clients spanning four continents and maintains a growing client list. Ms. Walker has been President of the National Association of Women Business Owners Southeastern Virginia (NAWBO SEVA) since 2003. She joined NAWBO in 2001 and was elected to the Board of Directors that same year. She was chosen President-Elect in 2003. Under her leadership, the organization has experienced some of the highest matriculation rates in the organization’s history. Ms. Walker recently earned the Inside Business "Hampton Roads Rising Star, Top Forty under 40" award.
